I am experiencing my first ob and having severe leg pain. I've been battling Fibromylgia, Lyme Disease, Chronic Pain for years. This is by far the worst I've experienced. Does anyone have advice on dealing with the pain? And is this something that will improve over time? I want to consider what I may be having to deal with. Just so overwhelmed...
For me, I only experienced the horrendous leg pain with my first ob, and my subsequent ob was not even in the same ballpark pain-wise as the first. But I do remember how terrible that pain was, and the worry that it would feel that way every time.
Thank you for your response. It really did help with worrying that this was a permanent condition. The leg pain is starting to improve, but I still have the incessant itching that keeps me up all night, and my bladder is still only functioning at about 50%. Will that also clear up? I've had symptoms since Christmas Day so it seems like this is lasting forever. Does anyone have suggestions in dealing with the itching? I haven't found anything that works.
,Hi I found washing with oilatum gel and wearing only cotton pants helped.
I had the severe leg pain as well on my first OB so I know how you feel.
Take care, shouldn't last long now, I have had several outbreaks now, I find sleeping well and not getting stressed reduces the OB for me
