HSv-1 first outbreak

Hi, i contacted hsv 1 in my genitals about 2-3 weeks ago. The last 7 days ive had an itching/tingle in my urithra and the head of my penis. No pain urinating. No other symptoms. I still have no rash or bumps or blisters. After reading others accounts im expecting something to come soon. I hope i dont get an outbreak. Can someone help with this timeline? What should i expect? I lok at my penis every hour, the stress is killing me. Please advise.

Re: HSv-1 first outbreak

ive had that sensation aswell. somtimes it means it can be starting to get a blister. are you on medication? you want to try and lower your stress. it can contribute to an outbreak stress is the biggest cause for a break out. just try to calm down and breath. keep yourself clean that will also help. i've been living with it for almost a year now. trust me its hard at first but when you have some support from a close friend or love one it makes it easier to deal with and helps a bit with the stress
