HERPES HSV-1 Genital

I just contracted HSV-1 genitally from my partner who has HSV-1 orally and has since he was a kid. I got it from him giving me oral.

My genital breakout is small, isolated, doesn't hurt too much and I am hoping a ONE TIME occurrence.

From what I have read, HSV-1 doesn't really thrive on the genitals and the recurrence rate is low...but I don't want to start breaking out orally, and I have seen what it has been doing to my boyfriend. He, oddly, gets more cold sores since he has been dating me, he used to get two a year, now he has been getting them close to once a month.

My question is now that I got HSV-1 genitally, will the anti-bodies that will be created prevent (or have a high chance of preventing) me of getting oral cold sores? I couldn't find an answer on the web.

Thanks
