| Re: 33yo with high cholesterol and trigs.
A colleague of mine who is same age as yours who is physically not only fit but in good shape, 6 pack stomach also was diagnosed with high LDL. I have similar situation though a bit older, i am not on a heavier side, watch normally what i eat, dont count eating Pizza twice a month as unhealthy and eat a lot of vegetables and i was shocked to see that my cholesterol levels were very high. I was told by the doctor that this is genetic, my partner who is heavier than me had much lower LDL than me. I blame it on sugar content i take and also the amount of carbohydrates(Potatoes, white rice). I have been clean of sugar and carbohydrates and increased my fibre content, also replaced normal margarine with Omega rich margarine for 3 weeks, hopefully in a month when i get it checked its better.
Chicken and eggs are not that bad since white meat is a good replacement for red meat, also with more healthy poultry farmings, eggs produced are less harmful that they were considered 20-30 years ago
