Quirky results...but probably quite good.
Some pundits say that HDL over 60 doesn't add to life expectancy; others say it protects better.
What the VERY, VERY high HDL does is make it look like your have an unhealthy TC. Not true since your LDL is nicely low.
I wouldn't do anything at all to change the picture but get a retest in 6 months (or less)...If your Insurance Company balks just point out to your cdoctor that the HDL MAY have been a fluke....and it MAY indeed have been (but I have seen ONE oother person get the same thing with fish oil, lecithin and pantethine.)
Are you doing anything that might raise HDL to this astronomical level...like fish oils, lecithin, vegetarianism (or better yet pesco-vegetarianism), or are you an Olypmic level Decathalete
