a good way to raise your hdl is to raise your ldl, when my ldl was 200 my hdl was 84, when i lowered my ldl to 131 my hdl was 61. to achieve this i would recommend eating 6 to 10 egg yolks a day and some shrimp and chicken livers and what not. good luck to you
