Anyone Ever Heard of Drinking Eggplant Juice?
I have a friend who insists that her mother was able to lower her cholesterol substantially by drinking alot of juice made from eggplant.

Her mother if from El Salvadore and she said the doctor there recommended this.

Ohhh,

I can IMAGINE how BITTER that stuff must be. (That's why they salt eggplant- to get rid of the bitter liquid.)
Nope, never heard of anyone drinking the stuff...now a nice Eggplant Parmesan- that's somethig ELSE!
