Something's not right here. You can't possibly have a total cholesterol of 167 when your LDL is 339.
TC= LDL + HDL + (triglycerides/5)
I would double check these numbers with your doctor. They can't be right.
Nuts are a healthy snack. But I would go easy on the other junk foods. A lot of snacks, such as cookies, cakes, doughnuts, crackers, etc., are often high in sugar and hydrogenated fats.
