Question My Triglycerides are at 1469 Help

I have had a very sharp and lasting pain as long as I'm standing since my liver transplant just under my left rib that I thought was from an incisional hernia that not visualy present ( self diagnosed ) anyway I Havent had insurance since my wife left me in jan. and I just saw a doc who tells me the pain is from the pancreas and the very high triglyceride levels my liver doctor seems very concerned and wants a ct scan now. Could this or is this liver related ( there were bowel complication and they had to open me a 2nd time a week later cause kidneys wouldn't function ) or related to the transplant. what should I expect and do I should I ask for something else to help me with the pain so I can get out of bed longer I'm on oxycodone now for nerve damage to my legs but it doesn't help with my pain in abdomen at all. What can I expect to happen from here and does any one have ideas about what caused this. Bye the Way I am a 50 year old male right handed non diebetic caucasian with two left feet.

Thanks
Look forward to help response

Re: My Triglycerides are at 1469 Help

Your medical issues are way beyond any advice that anyone could provide you with on this forum. Your triglyceride level is extremely high and indicative of acute pancreatitis which can be a severe, life-threatening illness with many complications.

You need to take your doctors advice and get the CT scan.
