Talking YEAH good news

Hello again all. I just went back for my follow up to retest my lipid profile. I have onlt been dieting and exercising for 5-6 wks but have made big inprovements in my numbers. Check it out

Last Month This month
Total 238 Total 172
Trig 315 Trig 203
HDL 29 HDL 29
LDL 146 LDL 102

I am still having a little bit of trouble with my blood sugar being high, but I plan to lose some more weight and she said that hopefully if I can get down to around 135 my blood sugar would return to normal. I started out at 158 and I am now 147 and I am 5'5 with small bone structure. I am only 28 and am trying everything I can to prevent going on meds for HC and Blood sugar. I also as I talked about in my precious posts, had her take me off Zoloft for anxiety and had her give me Wellbutren so I can try to stop smoking. I hope all this works or I am going to lose it.....lol. I am a bit more inspired not that I seen improvement. Oh yeah I also got copies of my labs and the did test my creatine last time it was .7 is that ok?

Thanks all!
Emily

Hi Emily,

In females, total CK should be 10-79 units per liter (U/L), so if yours is only
.7, I'd say that is excellent. Your copy of tests results should have the "range"
on the same line across from your numbers.

Cinnamon can help lower both your triglycerides and blood sugar......
Win Win situation. Take two 500mg capsules or 1/2 teaspoon daily.

Keep up the great work.

Frankie

Re: YEAH good news

Thanks everyone...apparently diet and exercise can help...lol.

Frankie,
I am having trouble find cinnamon. Where do you get it? I seen someone post something about just taking regular cinnamon, but I would rather take the pill form if I can find it.
Thanks again!
Emily
