Thanks for the welcome to the group. I have been reading for a couple of months just trying to work up my courage to post a question. After reading all the good information I also have started taking cinnamon capsules every day. Won't find out for another week or two if they are working.
Thanks for the great advice.

My husband will not drink it either, he said it was too bitter for him. I told him to add a lil lemon juice to it, but so far, I'm not making my case...

One thing he did do isstart the cinnamon, so one out of two isn't too bad, who knows, I might get him to do the tea routine yet. I really like the taste of the Bigelow with a hint of lemon, I find it easy to drink, and like U, go thru a quart a day. I tried the peach flavor, but didn't like it, but that is just me.
Glad U decided to post, like I said, many folks here disagree on some things, but are always willing to try and give their honest opinion on things, and I also have gotten some good advice. Welcome again, and good luck with the numbers. Do keep us posted, and like I said, just ask away, no question is dumb, we can't find things out unless we ask.
Have a great nite and day tomorrow......
