Don't know if you are on meds for the cholesterol or not, but those are pretty darn good numbers. Your CHL ratio is your total cholesterol divided by your HDL. Your LDL is a calulation done by taking your Trigs. number divided by 5, which in your case is 10, then they take your TC of 161 minus your HDL of 51 and then minus the 10 which calculates your LDL. Your VLDL would be your Trigs. divided by 5, which give U a 10, which is very low. Range is 0-30.
