Yup, my trig did drop very dramatically but it actually took about 6 weeks. During that time I cut-off sugar stuffs completely (and I mean completely, no soft drinks, no sugar in tea/coffee, no chocolate, no ice cream, no cake), reduce my carbonhydrate intake by 30%, stop all red meats and deep fried foods and excercise 5 times a week, plus daily Omega-3 intakes.
