Yrs ago the coffee was bad for heart patients, then all of a sudden the coffee was good up untill recently, today I hear about this "new" stud, and again the coffee is bad for some heart and high BP patients. My God U sound like me........

Between what we read, see on tv etc. etc. they are going to make us all NUTS!!! Like everyone else I want to try and keep a balnce of things, but everyday what was good for us last week is bad for us this week. As I have said before, I just give up and will do things in moderation, and if it isn't good enough, oh well, I tried!!
AS far as the guidelines, if they lower them anymore, I don't think there will be a living soul NOT on meds. for something. With hubby being in the hospital, I see so many different view points. Most of them say his BP is fine, even though his top number goes up a lil at times, they say it is no big deal, yet his reg. dr. gets wacked out if it is over 135. Like alot of folks, I too am sick of the NUMBERS game!!
Have a good one, and TTYL...
