cholesterol
I'm 18 years old and I recently found out that my cholesterol is level is 245. My doctor told me it should be under 200. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on lowering it.

A very low fat diet, especially animal fats.
Get your weight to normal or below.
Exercise as much as you are able.
