Do sugars cause cholesterol counts to go up? I thought just the transfats and animal fats did.
My friend told me that carbs were ok since they don't effect the cholesterol.
If I had to watch all those things (carbs, sugars, transfats, animal fats, etc...) I wouldn't have much to eat at all.
