Lipid Panel results, pls help me understand

I'm a 57 year old female and wouldn't normally post a question like this, but it's the weekend and I don't want to drive myself nuts worrying about the results of yesterday's test. Will talk to the dr. on Tuesday since they're closed this Monday. Could anyone help me out to figure what these results mean? I don't have anything to compare it to, so here are yesterday's results and below are last October's results. I have no idea what to eat, but I don't eat much. It's in the dead of winter here and I really don't feel like sweating in a gym for exercise, but am moving down to Fla. in a month. At that point I'll exercise plenty, outside. I've been under immense stress trying to sell my house over the last couple of months and with my job. I do feel so much better both mentally and physically compared to last October, so that just adds to the confusion. Thanks for any help.

Yesterday's results:

Time Post Prandial = 12
Cholesterol = 217
HDL = 78
Non-HDL = 139
Triglycerides = 97
LDL = 120

Last October:

Time Post Prandial = 4
Cholesterol = 157
HDL = 60
Non-HDL = 91
Triglycerides = 95
LDL = 72

Re: Lipid Panel results, pls help me understand

My real concerns are that the results of yesterday look like they got a lot worse than last October and that they are no longer in the 'acceptable' range. I don't especially want to have to take any special medication and hope the doctor doesn't have to prescribe anything. I'm hoping that when I get to a better weather state (for half the year anyway) that I'll be less tired from the break from work, and will feel like walking, swimming, biking, and that the levels will get closer to normal that way. So do the results look like they need immediate attention, as well as an expensive prescription? I noticed that the first thing is that the Time Post Prandial value went from 12 to 4. Seems like a big jump. What is that anyway?

Re: Lipid Panel results, pls help me understand

Time Post Prandial I imagine means number of hours since your last meal. The fact that you didn't fast for 8 hours before the test could account for the increase in LDL. But stress probably had a lot to do with it too. The LDL is still pretty low, anyway. The HDL and TC/HDL ratio of 1.62 is very healthy. So, no, it doesn't look like you need medication.
