at of any natural type... any at all... will raise your HDL. This is especially true of animal fat like butter, beef, chicken, pork.
Eating a cube of butter a day will raise your HDL significanltly.
However, eating a cube of butter a day is not good for you, no matter.

You need fat. All the crap you read about cutting out fat is just that... crap.
Good fats include olive oil and avacado's... but animal fat is good too.
Your liver makes all the cholesterol, and then some, that your body need. I fear you are heading down the wrong path is you think dietary cholesterol is your problem.
