Hi group,

Can some of you tell me what brands of RYR are you using that are working for you? I appoligize it this question has been answered previously, if so, just tell me where to look

Artichoke leaf
Milk thistle seed
prickly pear leaf and stem
Reishi extract and
Reishi mushroom powder.

This worked really well for me.

Also, how much coQ10 should one take per day?
If I take 600mg X2 per day of RYR, how much coQ10?
