Anything is possible, but I'd guess against a lab mix-up. I've heard that triglycerides can vary a bit between tests, more than HDL and LDL usually do, although a 100+ point swing is quite a bit.
Did you use the same lab for your tests? And was your fasting period the same for both? If you happened to eat something before one of the tests, it would throw your values off.
