A while back someone posted that 600mg of NAC daily is really good to take, especially if you smoke. I did some searching on the net and found that if you take NAC you need to take triple as much vitamin C as you do NAC. Has anyone else read this and is this true?
I can't take a lot of C and so this means I can't take the NAC?
I've read that vitamin C can cause diahrrea and I have IBS so I stay away from stuff that can flare it up.

The website I saw this on said it can become toxic and might cause brain damage if not taken with C.
No idea if that's true or not but I hope not!
