I also can't take statins due to lousy side effects, so
they tried me on Welchol. I took it for 4 days and was never so bloated in all my life. The main side effects from it are bloating, constipation or diarrhea. U might be one of the lucky ones to use it, so give it a try and see what happens, but that was my experience with it. Good luck!! JJ
