Welcome...your right, they kept telling us eggs were a no-no, now my hubby's cardiologist and my dr. said a few a week are fine. Stay tuned, I'm sure it will change again! Your best bet from my own experience is stay away from alot of carbs., like potatoes, pasta, bread etc. I cut back quite a bit the last 6 months and my numbers did go down, not greatly, but they went down.
