Hello, Did you hear the new saying? "A banana a day keeps the doctor away." according to CNN. The potassium in the banana is enough to lower high blood pressure. I'm sticking with my low-fat diet to control my cholesterol, since it works for me. I can eat any fruit or vegies I want, because all fruit and vegies are so low in fat that they are considered fat-free.
