Hello, Yes, my family is the same. Both I and my sister had high cholesterol and low trigs. We have to watch our Total fat and exercise. Even the "good fats" push both our HDL and LDL up. I wonder if it has to do with some "good fats" still have traces of the "bad fats" in them. I've noticed that my olive oil has sat. fat in it too. I still substitute the "good fat" for the "bad fat," but I don't overdue the total fat intake.
