The only negative I have is my HDL. TC, Tri, and LDL are in good shape. I have lost 68 lbs, take fish oil but my HDL is still in the 20's. Is there anything else I can do to raise my HDL??
Exercise helps raise HDL. It doesn't improve LDL very much, but it definitely helps HDL and triglycerides. My doc told me that 10 years ago and it made a big difference. I just read it in the new government guidelines on physical activity.
