| bad numbers received
My cholesterol was 320 and triglycerides 227. I have tried different meds that made me hurt all over. The dr told me to cut my fat intake to less than 60 grams a day and carbs to less than 300. I am so skinny and I don't want to loose weight. I have read about different things to do to lower these numbers, like drinking vinegar. I have been taking centrum cardio for 2 months now and that did nothing. Does the vinegar thing work?
