My cholesterol the dr said is good. I was given the information over the phone. It is
Total Cholesterol 147
HDL 43
LDL 89
My hi sensitivity c reactive protein is 11, which puts me at extremely high risk. He doesn't recommend medication now, but wants to retest my proteins in a couple of months. Taking 6 - 8 ibuprofen a day per his instructions to reduce inflammation.
Does this mean I don't have a risk for heart and stroke issues now? Not sure what these conflicting results mean.
