Everyone has LDL cholesterol.
If your LDL cholesterol is high, avoid consuming trans-fats from hydrogenated oils (from things like margarine and other hardened vegetable oils), and avoid consuming saturated fats from dairy products (full fat milk, cream, butter, ghee), fatty red meat, and coconut / palm oil. Also, lose any excess body fat that you may have.
