| Just don't know what to do with high HDL
Hi..
I think my dr. doesn't get the connection between hypothyroid and cholesterol.. I am currently on 2 grains of Armour and have battled with my cholesterol.. based on my latest labs for thyroid.. i am in need of more meds for thyroid.
I have been trying to get my total down.. it is now 202 down from 220 from 4/11/11.

I had a LDL-P total count 1826

HDL particle count (29) 31.1
Lipoprotein-a 9.5

I am currently taking naispan..
I hope i don't have to take statins..
i believe once my thyroid is optomized my cholestrol will improve..
