Your TC/HDL ratio is 5.75 should be <4.5
Your LDL/HDL ratio is 4.08 should be < 3.2
Your trig/HDL ratio is 3.33 should be <2.0
Many of us have genetically high levels that are not effectively changed with just diet and exercise. I would recommend eating low carb, though.
I would also recommend supplementing to lower your LDL and raise your HDL. Many of us here do so with Red Yeast Rice by Nature's Plus (for LDL) You would also need to take COQ10 (Ubiquinol). I use Flush Niacin to raise HDL. Look for past posts that explain exactly how to do this properly, if interested. Krill oil is, I think, helpful for Trigs. Krill is lowest on the food chain so less worry about mercury.
