My AHDL, URCA and CHOL are high, what should I do?
 

Hello,

My blood pressure became higher in the last few days, so I did a blood test.

MY AHDL was 39mg/dL and my CHOL was 207 mg/dL and my URCA was 7.4 mg/dL.

All these numbers were higher than a normal person, so what should I do? Do I need to take medication? Any suggestions?

Also, my Hemoglobin was almost higher than normal. It was 18 g/dL. Any suggestions beside donating blood?
