Michael's blood pressure factors

Hey I'm borderline high, and I usually hang in the thyroid room. Problem is I take meds for the thyroid, and don't want to take anymore. I've been trying to find a way to lower my blood pressure naturally. Anyone else take this? Has it worked? I just started it yesterday. Thanks! :)

Im halfway through my first bottle of 180 tabs and its not getting my numbers down enough. But Im not great at remembering them three times a day. Let me know if they work for you. What are your readings? Mine average about 140/88....occasionally up to 100......Ive tried a couple BP meds and did not like them at all....

Lots of exercise and the DASH diet. The younger you are the better. My son-in-law, in his thirties, had borderline blood pressure, joined the ymca, goes nearly every day, eats well , and his gone to 120/70.......no meds. He drinks a beer or a glass of wine and doesn't smoke. Good Luck!
