I read one of the many pop ups I get :bouncing: about Resperate. A device that helps you control breathing to lower your BP. Has anyone here used it?

Do a search on this board, i think i saw a post where somebody had used the product. It does look interesting at least the advertisements. Good luck.

I ordered it yesterday. I've heard good testimonies from another website that I use. I hope it works. I am going on an all out campaign to get this darn BP down. I'm going to do the DASH, this resperate product and see how low I can get it.

I want to hear how it works. Anxiety is my problem, so I want to see your results. I think that yoga & a device like this could possibly help me as well.

Yeah, I tried YOGA but it didn't help me too much. JMO. I'm an uptight kind of person...that's my problem. I hope this works. I'm tired of messing with this BP! :yawn:
