Hibiscus Tea?
I was searching GNC's site looking for natural diuretics & found a link to an article that says 16 oz of hibiscus tea each morning reduces diastolic by approx 10 points, it evidently is a diuretic & also sightly dilates the blood vessels

Anyone know anything about this?

I also found a site that said hawthorn is the most used remedy for high blood pressure in europe, maybe I should try that
