Re: how low can you go!!!

Thank you for quick response.Yes it is 70 over 0.She always takes pills for high BP.Normally she is anything from 190-160.But the last couple of days it has dropped. Also she is swelling up.its difficult to know what do do,as her family live next door and have done nothing.its now late ,and her light is still on,but i dont want to be nosy interfering neighbour.but am worried what we might find tomorrow.can anything be done from the home like tablets or does she really really need medical help.this BP reading was done 10 hours ago,and she lives on her own.I work so I do not know what has happened since.sorry to sound so vague.

vallizak,

ANything like 70/0, if possible in a living human being, would imply something like a cut in a large blood vessel and MAJOR bleeding. I would imagine death to be minutes away!

Red face Re: how low can you go!!!

OK SORRY FOR CAPS BUT

IF IT IS 70 / 0 THEN SHE NEEDS TO BE IN HOSPITAL I HAVE ADDISONS AND MY LOWEST I HAVE EVER HAD IS 40/20 ISH AND I MY BODY HAS OVER THE YEARS GROWING A STRANGE TOLERANCE TO LOW BP.

BUT A 90 YEAR OLD SHOULD WELL NO ONE SHOULD HAVE A 0 ESPECIALLY ON THE BOTTOM RANGE INTERVINE IN ANYWAY YOU NEED TO. BE A GREAT BEIGHBOR
