Potassium /Magnesium and Garlic - What amounts?
I have been reading online that these 3 have avery significant results on HBP. I am going to begin taking them with my regular vitamins etc... but I was just wondering if there are side effects I need to look out for and what amounts I should safely be taking these in. I have read that 300 - 600mg of Magnesium, 4 - 6 grams of Potassium and all the garlic I want until people cannot stand to be around me.
Can anyone confirm positive results using these? Any info on Lecithin as well would be helpful.
