I know this is hard but lets give kudos to ourselves!!!
Lets just thank goodness for this board! You all have been a wonderful help and we are all at least proactive in getting our blood pressure down. We share our disgusts with this health problem but I think we all help each other bring the BP down.
I still battle but the battle with all you soldiers makes it worth while!! And that we're fighting it together!

nice post and im fighting this BP thing trying to save my hubby......just reading all the personal stuff has helped me go in to dr's with a little amo......thanks!
