I am "still hanging in there". I keep telling myself that I'm a non-smoker & that I can do this. Everytime cigarettes pop into my head I tell myself this! I've been chewing a lot of gum, too. I also wrote a letter to myself & I refer to it at least once a day to keep my reasons for quitting fresh in my mind. Plus, getting the good BP numbers really does reinforce my "quit" status
I think knitting is actually a wondeful idea. I began thinking today about how difficult the weekend might be since I tend to get bored easily
I plan on making a project out of my garage, but knitting would be a great way to fill the gaps!! Thanks so much
