Postural hypotension
i was just wondering really if anyone suffers from this 2? i have this and Neurocardiogenic syncope also. i just wanted to see if i was the only one

My doctor suggested that I might have something like that since I get kind of dizzy and light-headed after standing up from a relaxed position. But since my measured BP usually falls into the prehypertensive category, he didn't seem to worry about it too much. He just told me not to get up to fast and to sit down again if I feel too light headed. By how much does your BP vary?

You are certainly not alone. Sorry I don't know much about the syndrome but on the Rare Disorders Board there was a post titled "Neurocardiogenic Syndrome" started by SuperWoman07 way back in May '03 through as recently as Dec 04 that ran 5 pages long w/ 170 replies!

Try posting there as well...
