Re: LOw blood pressure
Definately buy an arm monitor.
If you feel sluggish or dizzy often, you may not have enough iron in your blood. Many people in my family who have had low blood pressure problems have also concurrently suffered from anemia. Following an increase in iron intake, their blood pressure rose and they stopped feeling dizzy.
However, make sure you actually are iron deficient before increasing iron intake as many foods nowadays tend to exaggerate the iron.
(i.e. talk to a doctor first)
If you feel dizzy only when you stand up after sitting for or lying down for a while, then it is probably not something to worry about, unless you have
a tendency to faint after standing.
