| New Med - Good BP Numbers
I have Cassiebel to thank for putting me onto Benicar. I've been taking it for sometime now and my bp numbers are great even at the doc's office.
At first they were in the 130/84 range at the doc's but I have a new PCP who is very understanding, open to suggestions and nice.I have continually calmed down when I go there which eliminates the most of the whitecoat syndrome.
Today my numbers were 128/74!!!!!! At home at rest they are between 106-112/69-70 usually.
The big test will come when I go see my pulmo in May as this has always been when my bp goes off the charts.
