Neurocardiogenic syncope-waking from sleep to pass out

Does anyone in this group have Neurocardiogenic Syncope? And have you ever woken up out your sleep to pass out? This has happened to me twice now. I had a tilt test which gave positive results that have syncope. My dr advised me to take in more salt and more water. I have been doing that for a month now and last night again, I woke up with my ears buzzing, head tingling and felt very weak. When I took my blood pressure it was 70/40 and my pulse was 56. I really need some answers and help!! Please, anyone!!!

Re: Neurocardiogenic syncope-waking from sleep to pass out

I'm diagnosed with Neurocardiogenic Syncope myself and I've experienced that, but it was only when I was on too high a dose of Paxil for the condition. It's a really wierd sensation!! Let me know if you find anyone else with the same.
