i take HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS
LISINOPRIL---------------40 MGS----------------------ONCE A DAY
INDAPAMIDE-------------1.25 MGS---------------------ONCE A DAY
FUROSEMIDE TAB-------40MGS------------------------EVERY OTHER DAY
POT CHLORIDE TAB--20 MEQ CR-----------------------EVERY DAY
for awhile now, and the other day we went out to dinner, i got a bad tummy ache we came home, i went to the bathroom and started to feel real dizzy, then started sweating real bad and my hearing became muffled. this lasted around 45 mins. has anyone ever had this happen to them before? the only thing my doctor will tell me is maybe my blood pressure was real low.
I've had an "episode" like that in the past after eating out. Could have been some kind of reaction to the meal ( Contaminated food or MSG maybe?)
The stomach ache leads me to believe BP had nothing to do with it!

I have had this happen to me too just the way it happend to you in the bathroom. while it was happening I freaked myself out checked my Bp and it was off the chart's I went straight to the emergency room.but before I left I took my Bp pill. when I got there it was so high they admited me right away well funny thing I had did this to myself I had an anxiety attack. after waiting a bout 2 hours to see a Doctor my Bp went down. they did some tests and sent me home..........shayne..........
I once had two similar episodes (both in the same morning - I hadn't eaten anything yet). I didn't have a stomach ache, but I felt like I was going to vomit, I felt very dizzy, my vision deteriorated (blurring from the outsides inwards) and I had a ringing in my ears.
The ringing in my ears lasted for maybe half an hour, but the other symptoms only lasted about 30 seconds or so.
I mentioned it to my doctor, and he didn't know what it what was (although the symptoms sounded very specific to me), but he said that it could have been due to a sudden change in blood pressure (either up or down, I think).
At that time, I had been on bp meds for maybe about a month.
has anyone ever felt like this??
