Hello girls just a question - I am noticing that my bp seems to climb the closer it gets to my time of the month. About a week before I notice my #'s are higher - you think it is just a coincidence :p

I don't know about this but I didn't get high blood pressure until I started going through menopause so maybe it does have something to do with it.

I wonder if there is a connection - becuz I actually think I might be periomenopausal -

Well, a lot of women start retaining fluid right before their period. This fluid buildup might cause a rise in blood pressure just a bit. I think some of the over the counter PMS meds do include a mild diuretic, so this blood pressure rise-fluid retention connection would not surprise me.
