Off to the Doctor's Office

The dreaded white coat syndrome started last night in anticipation of a high reading at my doctor's office today. I'm wondering what new high I'll hit this time I'll keep you guys posted on the outcome.

Hey everyone - My doctor said I got a normal reading.

Wow, how did you do that? Did you get all your anxiety out of the way before the visit?

I really don't know how. It's a mystery to me. Goes to show you how BP can be unpredictable. I was convinced going in that I would have high reading.
