Doctors appointment
Well as I mentioned in my first post I was going to the doctor yesterday to see how my BP was doing after taking the new medication for 2 weeks. My BP was 135/99! The lowest my doctor has ever seen it so we are very happy with it at the moment. Now I hope I get just as good news at the heart specialist next week, although my pulse was up to 117BPM
Doctor also put me on some tablets for my anxiety which I had taken before and they have worked, Efexor-XR. So hopefully my anxiety will be gone soon and I'll be able to get a decent night sleep

Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if I do too. I've started walking a few times a week, I asked the doctor about going to the gym but he doesn't want me doing that yet, just the walking.
