It looks like you need to make some lifestyle changes, which in conjunction with meds can lower your BP.
- Lose the excess weight
- Exercise - My BP plummets after exercise
- eat plenty of lean meats, fish and vegatables. Ditch anything white, like bread, potatos, sugar, etc
- Steer clear from excess salt. Do the DASH diet if necessary.
- Last but not least, QUIT smoking. Smoking is the worst thing for your BP and arteries.
