| Chlonidine and sleepiness.
For those taking Chlonidine - I really am glad you told me about the drug. Although it makes me sleepy, it really gets me through the spikes! I noticed now that the Chlonidine seems to get more potent if your BP is higher. Example: I am going through the usual spike the past couple of days. Usually I take 2 chlondines 1 in the AM and 1 in the late afternoon and a lisinopril at noon. On days where my BP seems to be regulated and normal, I'm not sleepy. BUT on days of spikes, I am taking the same doesage I am extremely sleepy. Today, I had to come straight home from work to sleep because I was no good at work.
Has anyone noticed this?>
