Do any of you know anything about taking a calcim supplement while on a calcium channel blocker?
I have read mixed views on whether they may or may not interfere with each other.

I will tell you something that I have expereinced with Calcuim Supplement. My blood pressure is 120/80 with medication and after 3 days of a one tablet daily of Calcuim Supplement (600 mg) it has gone to 150/100 and when I stopped the Calcuim Supplement it's back to normal. I don't know HOW or WHY but it didn't reduce my blood pressure

That's incredible Michael.
Info definitely worth pursuing because so many people take calcium supplements. (I eat enough dairy so I don't bother.)

I'm not sure Lenin, maybe when you take natural Calcuim in your diatery it works differently. I don't know but when I took the Supplement my blood pressure went up and when I took it off it's normal again (I was on Medication of course).

What kind of supplement did you take? Was it just calcium?
